Your pet’s appointment is what we refer to as a “Day Admission” appointment. Expect your pet to stay with us for the day. We will try to get them home with you as soon as possible…know that they are getting special attention by our staff. These appointments allow us to treat your pet when situations arise where your pet needs to be seen either as an urgent care patient or to allow us to perform diagnostics and/or procedures that require more than just a standard appointment time. Please fill out the following form prior to your visit so we can gather all of your pet’s historical health information in a timely manner. If the question asked doesn’t pertain to your pet’s situation, please answer “NA” for non-applicable:
