How to Pick Up Something for Your Pet

For food or medications, please call us at least 24 hours in advance to fill whatever your pet needs. We will let you know when it is ready to be picked up. When you get here, simply come inside to check out.

If you would prefer to have your food or medications brought out to your vehicle, then follow the curb-side texting service. Let us know you are here, what you are picking up, and a team member will bring your item(s) to you and collect payment. **To speed up the process, you are welcome to call ahead of time and pre-pay for your medications.
